Robert M. Greco, Esq, CPA, EA

Robert is a graduate of Monmouth University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He received his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and before the U.S. Tax Court. Robert is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. Robert has previously held licenses as Life Insurance Producer, Health Insurance Producer, Title Insurance Producer and Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.

He is a member of the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Columbian Lawyer’s Association, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Monmouth Bar Association, National Italian American Bar Association and National Italian American Foundation.

He serves on the Finance Committee, Estate Planning Committee and IRS Liaison Committee of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Robert also serves on the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law as a member of the Monmouth Bar Association. Robert is very actively involved in the Columbian Lawyer’s Association and serves as the organization’s Treasurer. He also serves on their Scholarship and Judiciary Committee and as Chairman of their Financial Affairs Committee.

Kaci T. Berns, Esq.

Kaci is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston and is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. After graduating, she served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Benjamin Podolnick. As an Associate of the firm, Kaci focuses her practice on Wills and Trusts and Elder Law issues.

Jordan A. Weiner, Esq.

Jordan earned his juris doctorate as a Recognized Scholarship and Pro-Bono awardee from Brooklyn Law School in May 2018 and received his bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude with distinctive awards and academic recognition in May of 2014 from CUNY, College of Staten Island’s Verrazano School- a selective honors program.

Jordan has practiced in the area of products liability defense litigation and estate planning in New Jersey and New York. During and post law school he engaged in extensive pro- bono work at the Richmond County Court and was a judicial extern for Justice Barbara Irolla Panepinto, Civil Term Richmond County, Supreme Court, Matrimonial Term. Thereafter, Jordan, law clerked in New York in the areas of real estate and malpractice defense litigation.

Chet Kosarek

Chet received his LL.M. (In Taxation) from New York University School of Law, New York, New York and his J.D. Cum Laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey. He has been in private practice since 1980 with an emphasis on Taxation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Chet served as a Law School Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey; teaching courses including; Individual Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax, Advanced Corporate Tax. Mr. Kosarek has been a lecturer at the Passaic County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Morris County Society of Certified Public Accountants, North Jersey Association of Certified Financial Planners, New Jersey Institute for Legal Education.

Mary Keane
Of Counsel

Mary is a graduate of Loyola College MAGNA CUM LAUDE and a graduate of Seton Hall Law School. She has been in practice since 1984 with an emphasis on litigation, Chancery Litigation as well as general civil litigation and transactional work.
